How do I use this new payment method?
There are self-serve Payment Centers located inside the store. Follow the prompts on the Payment Center screens to get a new card, and select your payment method. You can use cash, credit/debit cards, or even EBT.

What happens if I lose my card?
Make sure to register your card as soon as you get it! You can register your card at the Payment Center. Make sure to include your phone or email. You can also register your card HERE. If you lose your card select “Replace Card”. You will receive an email or text for verification, and be able to get your old balance on a new card. We do charge a $2 replacement fee if you want to get a new card to replace a lost card.
Can I reuse this card?
YES! Please use the same card for every visit. This helps us keep costs down. We do not charge for our laundry card and want to keep it that way!
Can I pay with my phone instead?
Yes! Download the Laundry Cat App Here! Available for most smart phones. You can load your App with a Credit Card, or load your App with Cash via the Payment Center!
Can I check my card balance from home?
Yes! You can check your card balance from anywhere at www.laundrycat.com. From this website, you can opt in for text messages when your washer/dryer is done, check patterns and trends of how busy the store is, and more!
Can I get a refund on the balance left on my card?
If you are single-time customer and don’t plan on using our facilities regularly, we recommend loading only the amount you plan on spending.
Due to credit card fees and regulations, we cannot issue back money loaded with a credit card.
If you load your card with cash and would like your balance returned to you, please talk with a store attendant. Cash refunds will be in the form of a check mailed to your residence. Please allow 7-10 business days for your payment to arrive after it has been approved.
